    Applications Overview: The ceramic fiber muffle furnace is a high-temperature electric furnace primarily used for high-temperature experiments and material preparation. It can be used in industries such as power generation, coal mining, paper making, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical research, and education.

     

     

    Features:

     

    Ø The heating element is a nickel-chromium wire, employing three-sided heating for excellent uniform temperature distribution within the cranial cavity.

     

    Ø The temperature sensing element is a type K thermocouple. It features rapid heating, significant energy savings, and high operating efficiency.

     

    Ø The outer casing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, treated with phosphate coating and then powder-coated at high temperature; the color is computer gray.

     

    Ø Ceramic fiberboard is used as the thermal insulation material, with a double-layer air insulation system, resulting in a low surface temperature of the casing.

     

    Ø The corrosion-resistant, lightweight furnace lining is made of high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber inorganic material formed by vacuum adsorption.

     

    Ø A 30-segment LCD programmable control instrument is used, featuring high brightness, a wide-viewing-window digital display, and clear, intuitive readings.

     

    Ø Microcomputer PID intelligent control solves problems such as temperature overshoot, resulting in excellent temperature control.

     

    Ø Full protection measures include: fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, and automatic shut-off of heating output.
