Usage and Features:
This product is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposable and easily oxidizable substances. It can be filled with inert gas, especially for the quick evaporation of some items with complex ingredients. It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, medical schools, scientific research institutions to carry out drying heat treatment under vacuum conditions.
Characteristic:
1. The box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with powder. The coating is hard and firm, and has strong anti-rust ability.
2. The working room is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, with rounded corners, smooth, fluent, which leads to easy to clean.
3. The box body and the working room are filled with ultra-fine glass wool insulation material, which has good insulation function, effectively ensuring the stability and accuracy of the temperature in the box and the impact on the use environment.
4. The door of the box is a double-layer glass structure, which can clearly observe the heated items in the box and has good insulation effect. It can effectively avoid burns to operators.
5. A heat-resistant rubber sealing ring is installed between the working room and the glass door to ensure that a high vacuum degree is achieved in the box.
6. The heater is installed on the outer surface of the inner wall of the working room to maximize the uniformity of the temperature in the box and facilitate indoor cleaning.
7. The temperature control is manufactured using microcomputer intelligent digital technology, with industrial PID self-tuning and four-digit dual LED window indication functions, high temperature control accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and very convenient operation.
