Application:

This product is suitable for storage and transportation of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and their materials under high temperature and constant temperature environment, use time adaptability test and aging, as well as industrial and mining enterprises, hardware manufacturing and shipbuilding enterprises, for heating treatment of workpieces and general dehydration and drying.

Features:

1. The box body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with powder. The coating is hard and firm, and has strong anti-rust ability.

2. The studio is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, with rounded corners, smooth, fluent, and easy to clean.

3. The box body and the studio are filled with ultra-fine glass wool insulation materials, which have good insulation function, effectively ensuring the stability and accuracy of the temperature in the box and the impact on the use environment.

4. The box is designed with a reasonable hot air circulation channel to make the temperature distribution in the box more uniform and the temperature rise faster; and it is equipped with an air outlet pipe to discharge the air in the box in small amounts. If the gas discharged from the box has odor or is toxic, the air outlet pipe can be conveniently connected to another pipeline to discharge the gas to a designated location.

5. The temperature control is manufactured using microcomputer intelligent digital technology, with industrial PID self-tuning and four-digit dual LED window indication functions, high temperature control accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and very convenient operation.
