This microcomputer-controlled spring tension and compression testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of national standards for spring tension and compression testing machines. Its professionally designed automatic control and data acquisition system enables fully digital adjustment of the data acquisition and control processes. It can perform strength tests and analysis on tension, compression, displacement, stiffness, and other properties of precision springs, including tension springs, compression springs, disc springs, tower springs, leaf springs, circlips, leaf springs, composite springs, gas springs, mold springs, and special-shaped springs. The design of the testing machine and its auxiliary equipment draws on advanced technology from Shimadzu Corporation of Japan, resulting in an attractive appearance, easy operation, and stable and reliable performance. The computer system controls the rotation of the servo motor through a controller, which is then decelerated by a reduction system and driven by a precision lead screw assembly to perform compression and other mechanical property tests on the specimen.
This machine utilizes a fully digital speed control system and servo motor with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance as its drive system. The controller serves as the core of the control system, and control and data processing software, based on a Windows-based interface, displays test force, peak force, crosshead displacement, test deformation, and test curves on the screen. All testing operations can be automatically performed on the computer using a mouse.
